We collect account details, medical intake information, consultation messages, clinical documents, doctor verification evidence, and limited payment references needed to deliver and account for the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide consultations, verify professionals, process payments and settlements, support patient safety, meet legal duties, prevent misuse, and improve service quality.

Security and access

Clinical messages and private documents are protected and available only to authorised participants and authorised administrators with a legitimate operational need. InstantDoctor does not store card details; payments are processed by Paystack.

Your choices
